About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures the quality of task completion by auditing daily work produced by the team
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly QA reports
- Interacts with operations and support groups regarding quality improvements
- Ensure adherence to client standards and recommends actions plans
- Organizes process documents and ensures they're up to date
- Performs regular and special audits as requested by Client Teams
- Assists Service Delivery teams on investigating client escalations
- Evaluates and discusses problems relating to accuracy scores and quality
- Conducts coaching, QA talk and qualifies new hires for process certification
- Supports QA initiatives/projects for quality and process improvements
- Complies with Time Keeping Standards & Policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 2 years Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area
- Willing to work in night shift
- Amenable to work in Mckinley Taguig
