About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensures the quality of task completion by auditing daily work produced by the team
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly QA reports
Interacts with operations and support groups regarding quality improvements
Ensure adherence to client standards and recommends actions plans
Organizes process documents and ensures they're up to date
Performs regular and special audits as requested by Client Teams
Assists Service Delivery teams on investigating client escalations
Evaluates and discusses problems relating to accuracy scores and quality
Conducts coaching, QA talk and qualifies new hires for process certification
Supports QA initiatives/projects for quality and process improvements
Complies with Time Keeping Standards & Policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1 - 2 years Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or related area
Willing to work in night shift
Amenable to work in Mckinley Taguig
