About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including calendar coordination, meeting organization, and follow-up actions
  • Prepare, format, maintain, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, and routine correspondence
  • Organise, record, sort, and maintain files and information in line with internal standards
  • Manage email and information flow, respond to inquiries, and route requests appropriately
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as required
  • Operate standard office systems and tools to support daily administrative activities
  • Support managers with administrative tasks across finance, planning, HR, IT, and other corporate services as needed
  • Assist with data tracking, reports, and preparation of materials for leadership discussions
  • Act as a coordination point between managers and internal teams, supporting clear communication and execution
  • Proactively track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure follow-through
  • Bring structure to complex workflows by organizing information, priorities, and timelines
  • Support process consistency and identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency
  • Work confidently with systems, data, and reports to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience supporting senior managers or leadership teams (Preferred)
  • Experience working in an international or matrix environment (Preferred)
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and structured processes (Preferred)
