About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage medium to large multi-regional Connected Devices projects across all clinical trial phases
- Ensure all project work is completed to the sponsor's satisfaction, on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained
- Drive resource planning and support the project team to ensure adequate resourcing throughout the project life cycle
- Lead the Connected Devices cross-functional teams for successful delivery of assigned projects
- Track and supervise project progress, identify and evaluate project risks
- Manage the project financials accurately ensuring project goals are achieved according to customer’s expectations
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Prepare and present project information at meetings
- Conduct an ‘End of Project’ review meeting to ensure that all project activities have been completed
- Keep leadership informed of any project issues that may impact quality, budget, or timeliness
- Train and mentor new or junior project managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Life science or health care related discipline
- Five years related experience required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required
- Good leadership skills
- Up to 20% travel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
