About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical and disciplinary leadership and coaching of an agile software development team
- Support your team members in their professional and personal development
- Manage and organize the day-to-day development work following Scrum methodology
- Ensure development standards, quality requirements and best practices
- Own the technical planning and further development of team-relevant software solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions and the optimization of existing systems
- Analyze, prioritize and implement feature requests and address technical challenges and blockers
- Work closely with Product Owners and cross-team and cross-departmental stakeholders
- Be responsible for database-related processes and the development of reporting and payment solutions
- Ensure high system stability as well as rapid identification and resolution of issues in business-critical processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in professional software development
- Initial or several years of experience in technical or disciplinary team leadership
- Good knowledge of software architecture principles and modern development processes
- Solid experience working with SQL databases and database-backed applications
- Experience with test automation and automated deployment processes
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Business-fluent German, spoken and written
