Account Manager

• Be the customer advocate and trusted advisor on customer group level
• Strengthen customer relationships by frequent customer visits and communications with different stakeholders on group and site level (together with (AM) and/or (ISM))
• Work closely with AMs, ISMs, CCMs, S-KAM to analyze customer performance and needs, identify opportunities and translate this into proposals for solutions to the customer
• Present opportunities and solutions on group level and proactively negotiate master agreements when needed
• Work closely with the Key Account Manager for Service to align approach to customer and explore opportunities for value co-creation for equipment, software and service
• Create and update the Customer Plan on group level together with selected internal stakeholders
• Analyze customer data, market data and competitor data and translate this information into valuable feedback for the sales organization and other relevant functions within JBT Marel
• Manage and maintain pipeline of opportunities, their status, and follow up activities
• Responsible for reaching the sales targets (budget) agreed for the customer group

Key Account Manager

Field Engineer

• Perform all duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safety-focused work mentality.
• Complete safety initiatives as required within JBT expectations.
• Set up and adjust machines in the field and in any Bevcorp facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically and electronically.
• Install, commission, and set up new seamers in customer facilities.
• Conduct machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance on seamers.
• Changeover and setup change parts running clearance and timing.
• Complete service reports timely.

Field Service Engineer, Filler

Human Resources

• Partner with Field Service leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, and operational goals
• Translate needs into HR strategies that improve productivity, retention, and employee experience
• Use workforce data and field insights to recommend proactive solutions around staffing, scheduling, performance, and engagement
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance issues, and policy interpretation
• Support a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to managing a distributed workforce
• Provide leadership on effective communication, team development, and accountability
• Support talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development for supervisors and field technicians
• Partner with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps and training needs specific to field operations
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring of field technicians and support roles
• Provide insights on labor market trends, turnover drivers, and workforce forecasting
• Support onboarding processes that prepare new hires for success in a field-based environment
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service excellence
• Lead engagement plans tailored to remote and mobile employees
• Support change management efforts related to new technologies, processes, or organizational shifts
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies
• Support workers' compensation, safety programs, and return to work processes
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate and timely HR transactions, reporting, and documentation

Human Resources Business Partner

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the meat processing industry in France, with a focus on Brittany
• Drive sales of stand-alone equipment and integrated primary processing lines
• Identify customer needs and translate them into practical, value-driven processing solutions
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and opportunity development through quotation, negotiation, and project handover
• Work closely with Product Specialists and Sales Engineers to develop technical and commercial proposals
• Support the successful implementation and delivery of sold solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer experience and satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales cycle
• Contribute to strategic account planning and annual sales plans for the region
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and proactively manage opportunities
• Participate in exhibitions, customer demonstrations, and industry events
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify future business opportunities

Engineer

• Specify electrical devices for control panels
• Produce electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical
• Assist in electrical panel assembly
• Create Bill of Materials and enter it into the JDE system
• Support procurement of required materials
• Develop PLC software using ladder logic
• Design HMI screens and related operational functionality
• Participate in FAT and SAT with the customer

Software Engineer III – Control

Project Manager

• Manage on average 10-15 aftermarket service-related project aligned to warranty of manufactured OEM equipment
• Coordinate with sales, service team, and engineering to manage aftermarket projects through to completion
• Maintain budget and align with financial forecast to meet revenue goals
• Align with spare parts and distribution teams to ensure delivery and installation support of aftermarket projects on time while mitigating risks to project timelines
• Work closely with field service personnel who are responsible for minimizing the downtime of in-process equipment by supplying phone-troubleshooting support and assisting in routing of proper personnel to customer’s site
• Work closely with Customer Care Sales to process sales leads
• Create budgets, analyze project risks, and develop written quotes or proposals
• Meet customer expectations with respect to scope of work, project schedule, and buyer/seller responsibilities
• Procures sign-off for customer’s agreement/completion of their mechanical and production start-up responsibilities.

Business Development Rep

• Pursue and develop new account opportunities
