Key responsibilities & impact

Own the entire Scrum Master function — building the team, raising the bar on agile excellence.
Match the right coaching talent to the teams that need it most.
Scale the function, deepen agile maturity across Engineering.
Drive adoption of AI tools across Engineering's agile workflows.
Identify and resolve systemic blockers across teams and value streams.
Advise Engineering leadership on agile readiness, team capacity, and delivery risk.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with 3+ years in a people management role.
Experience leading teams of 10 or more Scrum Masters.
Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and at least one scaled framework – e.g. SAFe.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
