About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare underwriting documents for corporate credit requests
  • Conduct ongoing credit monitoring and risk rating for a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Gather and analyze financial data for clients or prospects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking, and/or financial services experience
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively utilize other technology applications
  • Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and modeling
  • Well-established ability to gather relevant research, analyze data, and synthesize information
  • Experience structuring financial covenants for syndicated debt facilities
  • Developing experience managing the left lead/administrative agent role in syndicated deals
  • Knowledge of business and legal elements of credit agreements
