About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic planning, development, and management of merchant processing products and client service experiences.
- Shape business strategy, driving commercialization, and delivering profitable growth across small business and micro-merchants.
- Define and execute product strategy and financial plans, including performance forecasting and profitability outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to deliver scalable merchant solutions.
- Manage reporting and analytics to support growth and decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience (required)
- 5+ years of experience in the merchant acquiring payments industry
- 5+ years experience in product management or product development
- Hands-on experience with payment processors such as Fiserv and Elavon
- Experience integrating APIs, gateways, ISVs, and payment platforms.
