About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing all aspects of the NAFS portfolio of tribal clients
  • Underwriting loans and other credit products for complex tribal governments
  • Working with legal counsel to review and structure loan documentation
  • Ongoing credit monitoring and analysis, and covenant compliance
  • Monitoring individual clients and portfolio trends
  • Actively communicating with tribal and enterprise CFO's, and legal teams
  • Performing financial analysis and preparing underwriting documents to support complex, multimillion-dollar corporate credit requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience (required)
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Proficient in structuring meaningful and appropriate financial covenants for syndicated debt facilities (required)
  • Strong competence in financial analysis and modeling (required)
  • Strong ability to gather relevant research, analyze data, and concisely synthesize large amounts of information in order to accurately assess corporate creditworthiness and create a detailed and thorough underwriting package (required)
  • Experience managing the left lead /administrative agent role in complex syndicated deals (required)
