About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide trust administration to support the assigned Trust Officer(s)
  • Performs day-to-day trust administration functions on assigned accounts accurately and by necessary deadlines
  • Interfaces with centralized support areas to ensure completion
  • Ensures fees are set up correctly as directed by Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist
  • Monitors accounts on a daily basis for overdrafts and un-invested cash
  • Builds and maintains strong client contact and provides sales support to team
  • Follows-up on client issues and relays information to clients through correspondence, telephone communications and conferences
  • Resolves client requests and refers complex inquiries to Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist
  • Assists Trust Officer in managing business pipeline activity through Salesforce
  • Prepares various reports, correspondence, technical documents and special projects as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in the financial industry or other client service roles (required)
  • Experience working in a trust department (preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in strong customer service, communications, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and web-based portals
