About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for all openings across APAC
Act as the primary regional point of contact for external recruitment agencies and search vendors
Design and execute a scalable, creative employer branding strategy
Establish a robust internal referral culture across APAC
Work closely with international talent teams and stakeholders across global time zones

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant recruiting experience
Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written)
Fluency in Korean is a plus
