About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving the compliance and risk management framework
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and ethical standards
- Primary point of contact for compliance matters, working closely with executive management and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to monitor regulatory changes and ensure their timely implementation
- Support management in integrating risk considerations into strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related field
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in a compliance or risk management role, or in business management with comparable responsibility
- Experience in an operational company within an industrial, multinational environment
- Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions
- High integrity, independence and ethical judgment
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively
