About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving the compliance and risk management framework
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and ethical standards
Primary point of contact for compliance matters, working closely with executive management and business stakeholders
Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to monitor regulatory changes and ensure their timely implementation
Support management in integrating risk considerations into strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related field
More than 5 years of relevant experience in a compliance or risk management role, or in business management with comparable responsibility
Experience in an operational company within an industrial, multinational environment
Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions
High integrity, independence and ethical judgment
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively
