About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives within a global organization
Prepare management-ready reports, presentations, KPI dashboards, and status updates to support informed decision-making and progress tracking
Execute company-wide AI engagement initiatives aligned with the organization’s AI strategy and transformation roadmap
Design and implement communication strategies to build awareness, enthusiasm, and trust around AI adoption
Serve as a key liaison between the AI office, business units, leadership teams, and employees worldwide
Develop forward-looking narratives that position AI as a strategic enabler for innovation, productivity, and growth
Foster a strong AI culture based on experimentation, collaboration, continuous learning, and responsible AI use
Support AI enablement programs that increase AI adoption and practical application across functions and regions
Coordinate global AI events, leadership forums, innovation days, hackathons, roadshows, and employee engagement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Digital Technologies, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, communications, or a comparable business environment within Digital, Technology, Transformation, or Innovation functions
Proven experience supporting projects through planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience creating management-ready presentations, reports, and communications materials for senior management
Solid understanding of KPI tracking, reporting processes, and project governance practices
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and with collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and SharePoint
Experience organizing workshops, events, leadership meetings, or internal engagement formats
Interest in AI, digital technologies, innovation, and transformation topics and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in this evolving area
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
