About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, optimize, and execute e-commerce platforms and online consumer activations across all New Categories for our cluster, with focus in Greece.
  • Support own online stores’ operations to drive sales growth, enhance consumer experience, and improve brand presence.
  • Build strong understanding of brand/category priorities, business objectives, consumer needs, market trends, and digital opportunities.
  • Support digital and omnichannel agenda by identifying capabilities, best practices, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
  • Handle day-to-day online store operations, including owned channels and third-party e-retailers, ensuring smooth execution within budget.
  • Develop and implement commercial promotional plans, campaigns, sales events, and product launches.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance, sales reporting, stock availability, and important metrics.
  • Lead the implementation of platform improvements and new functionalities based on performance insights.
  • Coordinate CRM campaigns, loyalty initiatives, personalized customer journeys, and retention activities.
  • Collaborate with teams and agency partners to ensure compliant deployment aligned with area guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; postgraduate studies are considered a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in a globally matrixed environment.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, e-commerce operations, and online channel strategy, with a consistent record of driving sales delivery.
  • Experience with CRM and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify+ will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools, SEO procedures, MS Office, and Power BI will be considered advantageous.
  • Strong cross-functional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a commercial omnichannel perspective, with the ability to connect offline and online consumer journeys.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required.
