About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop and implement test strategies and test methods for the testing of products and components.
  • You plan and execute validations for new and existing test methods.
  • You perform first article inspections in accordance with internal and external requirements.
  • You conduct quality inspections of raw materials and assemblies at goods receipt and during ongoing production.
  • You analyze quality data and perform trend analyses to detect deviations at an early stage.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical or scientific vocational training, e.g., as a CTA, chemical or physics laboratory technician, medical technologist (MTL), technical assistant (TA), or materials tester.
  • Several years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in regulated industries such as medical technology, pharmaceuticals, contract laboratories, or automotive.
  • Initial experience in an R&D/development environment is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset and a structured, meticulous working style.
  • Confident handling of technical documentation and relevant standards.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
