About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development, implementation and deployment of the Austrian trade strategy and route-to-market
- Manage and oversee assigned activities; evaluate findings and identify opportunities to enhance quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Lead analytics and reporting with a focus on optimization and growth
- Responsible for commercial objectives and for the efficient and effective use of budgets
- Collaborate agilely within a dynamic team: rapidly implement measures, directly evaluate results and independently act on insights
- Develop and manage business relationships with external suppliers and agencies
- Maintain efficient and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (Field Force, Activation, Insights, Supply Chain, Area Categories, Legal)
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years of marketing or sales experience in an FMCG company
- Proficiency in German and English required
- Project management skills with a strong drive to deliver on time and in full
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Structured, organized, resilient, and a strategic problem solver
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good commercial acumen and sound judgement
- Strong IT affinity (advanced Excel skills required; CRM experience preferred)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to innovate
