Key responsibilities & impact

Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance
Exercise original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers
Build skills and expertise of software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role
Collaborate and act as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders
Develop System Qualification and Integration Tests
Ensure requirements are clear and testable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has more than a year of relevant work experience
Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles
Five years test engineering experience
Broad technical skills across multiple domains including o Test methodologies o Test equipment & programming (Python/ MATLAB) o Requirement writing (JAMA, Doors or ALM tool) o Test case writing (JAMA, Doors or ALM tool) o Software o Hardware o HIL setup expertise
BS or equivalent in EE or SW
