About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Level 2 user support and resolve incidents related to workstations and end-user devices
- Install, configure and maintain Windows environments and business applications
- Manage user access and permissions via Active Directory, Citrix and related tools
- Participate in deployment, hardware refresh and patch management of workstations
- Administer devices and troubleshoot local network components (Wi‑Fi, switches, VLANs)
- Contribute to workstation evolution projects and technical deployments
- Document interventions and contribute to continuous improvement of procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Systems and Network Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory and user support
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, TCP/IP) and familiarity with virtualization (Citrix, VMware Horizon are a plus)
- Proficient with office software, ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch or Python) are a plus
