About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As Facility Manager (m/f/d) – Infrastructure Services, you are the primary point of contact for all infrastructure services at the Hanau site and ensure the needs of our users and tenants are met.
You commission, manage and monitor infrastructure services such as routine, special and external cleaning, winter maintenance, groundskeeping including tree inventory, pest control, etc.
You coordinate and supervise external service providers.
You hold regular standing meetings (Jour Fixe), ensure quality and continuously review potential optimizations.
You maintain CAFM master data and ensure complete documentation.
You are fully responsible for the costs and control of infrastructure services, including preparing budget plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed vocational training with further qualification as a certified specialist (Fachwirt), master craftsman (Meister) or technician (Techniker) in Facility Management, cleaning/infrastructure services, or hold an equivalent qualification.
You have gained several years of professional experience in a comparable role within an industrial company.
You have strong communication skills in German and possess basic knowledge of English.
You are well familiar with the applicable technical regulations (e.g., ASR, GefStoffV).
You have strong organizational skills, a high customer orientation and a proactive, self-driven approach.
Confident user of common MS Office programs and initial experience with CAFM.
