About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Facility Manager (m/f/d) – Infrastructure Services, you are the primary point of contact for all infrastructure services at the Hanau site and ensure the needs of our users and tenants are met.
  • You commission, manage and monitor infrastructure services such as routine, special and external cleaning, winter maintenance, groundskeeping including tree inventory, pest control, etc.
  • You coordinate and supervise external service providers.
  • You hold regular standing meetings (Jour Fixe), ensure quality and continuously review potential optimizations.
  • You maintain CAFM master data and ensure complete documentation.
  • You are fully responsible for the costs and control of infrastructure services, including preparing budget plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed vocational training with further qualification as a certified specialist (Fachwirt), master craftsman (Meister) or technician (Techniker) in Facility Management, cleaning/infrastructure services, or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • You have gained several years of professional experience in a comparable role within an industrial company.
  • You have strong communication skills in German and possess basic knowledge of English.
  • You are well familiar with the applicable technical regulations (e.g., ASR, GefStoffV).
  • You have strong organizational skills, a high customer orientation and a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Confident user of common MS Office programs and initial experience with CAFM.
