About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Input into the development of the Insights & Foresights agenda for Combustibles, New Categories for Vietnam
- Complete the Insights & Foresights plan and implement, manage and report on consumer research
- Manage the admin processes and ensure 100% adherence to key protocols
- Proactively develop consumer insights through analyzing multiple sources
- Translate data & information into impactful insights & foresights
- Provide input into the development of vision, strategy and go-to-market plans for each category
- Assist in the management of research agencies
- Manage complex internal data, research reports & ease of accessibility
- Support development and embedding of new capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, statistics or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Insights/ BI in a leading FMCG company or research agency
- Strong analytical skills to identify & gather right information sources
- Ability to influence and create consensus from collaborators
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience in managing a research/information budget and external suppliers
- Mastery of Office 365
- Ability to develop impactful and concise presentations in PowerPoint
- Ability to work at pace with Excel
- Mastery in traditional research data
