Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, ideally with Elixir or Ruby
  • Code quality focus with pragmatism
  • Experience in small, empowered teams
  • Product mindset and exploration mentality
  • Basics of GDPR and secure software design knowledge
  • Curiosity, reflection, and enjoyment in learning
  • Professional-level English; German is a plus
  • Nice to have: Experience with sensitive data, understanding of encryption, DevOps knowledge, familiar with Shape Up methodology
