Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and mentor engineering teams.
Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience (preferred: 12+ years) with a focus on facilities design and project leadership.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Proficiency in structural design and drafting software; experience with Autodesk Revit preferred.
Experience with Post Tensioned Concrete Design preferred.
