About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, operations, and financial management of Parexel’s global network environment.
- Manage vendor relationships including contracts, performance, and escalations.
- Own and optimize financials across network, telecom, and AV (budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction).
- Drive standardization across global sites.
- Partner with Security on network segmentation, voice security, and compliance requirements.
- Act as escalation point for major incidents across network, voice, and AV.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles.
- Deep experience managing global network, telecom, and AV environments.
- Strong expertise in: SD-WAN (AT&T or similar), Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco/Meraki (LAN/WLAN).
- Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and spend.
- Experience in regulated environments and security/compliance alignment.
- B.A. or B.S. in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
