About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
- Provide line management and individual team member development
- Responsible for the success of clinical trials and programs across several accounts
- Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers

- Help obtain new business and deliverables on time and on budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10-15 years clinical research experience preferred
- At least 10 years Project Management experience focusing on leading domestic and international oncology studies across phases
- Proven record of team building and leadership skills
- Strong client interaction, conflict resolution, and risk management skills
- Strong financial knowledge
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health related field (advanced degree preferred)
