About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of program and study-level patient recruitment and retention strategies
  • Provide strategic input into protocol and operational planning to identify enrolment opportunities, recruitment risks, and retention challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient recruitment, patient engagement, or clinical trial enrolment strategy within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or specialist vendor
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, global patient recruitment programs and delivering enrolment outcomes
