About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of program and study-level patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Provide strategic input into protocol and operational planning to identify enrolment opportunities, recruitment risks, and retention challenges
- Drive execution of recruitment and retention activities against agreed timelines, budget, and enrolment objectives
- Provide oversight of CROs and specialist vendors supporting patient recruitment and retention activities
- Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment tools, methodologies, and best practices across the clinical development portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient recruitment, patient engagement, or clinical trial enrolment strategy within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or specialist vendor
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, global patient recruitment programs and delivering enrolment outcomes
