About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on HR processes and deliver seamless technical and functional SAP implementations, with a focus on German payroll, by designing and configuring tailored SAP Payroll solutions to meet exact client requirements.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll processes.
Apply your expertise to analyze, consult, design, and implement modern HR business process applications.
Lead interactive training sessions and hands-on workshops to enable end users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless payroll system integration.
Continuously learn and adopt the latest SAP Payroll technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP Payroll for Germany and strong knowledge of German labor and tax regulations.
Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ambitious, eager to learn, and customer-oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
SAP certification, experience with German SAP Cloud Payroll, and ABAP coding skills are a plus.
