About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervision and leadership of Senior Oncology Account Specialists within the area assigned.
- Sales performance of the business portfolio of products.
- Regular in field and virtual coaching and observation of Field Sales Representatives.
- Development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and channel colleagues.
- Ensure compliant execution by team members and drive understanding of relevant policies.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and key account assignment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and business plan for the Area.
- Conduct proactive data analysis to identify market trends.
- Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain enhanced product and/or portfolio knowledge to respond accurately to inquiries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience.
- 2-3+ years of previous Oncology experience required.
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration mindset to facilitate ‘One Pfizer’ commitment to customer.
