About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide therapeutic area/product expertise across a broad range of external medical stakeholders
- Plan and execute independent Medical strategies and engagements within a territory
- Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines
- Serve as a resource for Medical Information and stakeholder insights
- Develop educational content strategy and execute Field Medical tactics
- Conduct scientific communication across multiple channels
- Optimize patient care improvement in Medical communications
- Educate external medical stakeholders based on patient care gaps
- Achieve leadership-defined expectations regarding stakeholder engagement
- Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines
- Identify and seek scientific engagement from priority external medical stakeholders
- Collaborate with US and Global Medical Affairs for clinical trial site identification
- Support through the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree (e.g., Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Physical Therapy) highly preferred
- PharmD/PhD with 5+ years of experience, MBA/MSc with 7+ years of experience, BA/BSc with 8+ years of experience
- Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to understand and respond to multiple external and internal stakeholders’ demands
- Ability to manage a significant volume of projects in a remote environment
- Ability to prioritize, implement, and demonstrate excellent judgment skills
- Ability to work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team
- Proven ability to lead change in an evolving external health care environment
