About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the AI Accelerator
Lead translation of business challenges into actionable AI use cases
Partner with pod leads to understand business strategic objectives
Elicit and structure requirements from product leads to convert them into actionable inputs
Collaborate with product owners to support roadmap across product management team and engineering teams
Define and track performance metrics post-deployment with product and data teams
Prepare business teams for product demos and rollouts
Foster a culture of clarity, transparency, and collaboration across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
Proven experience working with AI/ML teams and translating business needs into technical requirements
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
