About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of AI Enablement and Professional Development learning journeys for Medical Affairs
- Implement leadership development and AI fluency programs
- Collaborate with senior leaders within Pfizer Medical Affairs, People Experience and Digital
- Drive innovation in learning and development through new technologies and approaches
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for medical affairs colleagues
- Identify opportunities to improve the learning experience and establish metrics to track program effectiveness
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors for access to best practices and leadership tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years OR master’s degree with 7+ years OR terminal doctoral degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Very strong communication and relationship-building capacity
- Strong strategic mindset, understanding of medical affairs
- Demonstration of leading large learning initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrix environment
- Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Thrives under pressure; takes accountability and meets deadlines
- Strong project and time management and organizational skills
- Passion for organizational/leadership development
- Previous field medical or medical affairs experience
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and needs of the modern learner
- Demonstrated track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies
