About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The CQ International Markets Team Lead is accountable for the flawless execution of CQ services including policy consultation and program design
- Lead strategic commercial quality initiatives in support of the CQ strategy
- Empower, inspire and lead a team of CQ Leads and contractors to deliver CQ services
- Drive risk-based resource allocation
- Ensure CQ colleagues and contractors have the required skills and resources to effectively execute their responsibilities
- Drive implementation of CQ policies, procedures and initiatives across the International Markets
- Provide design guidance for commercial programs to optimize the risk and benefit balance
- Act as single point of escalation and a subject-matter expert for CQ Leads
- Ensure quality thresholds are met and continuously provide feedback on training assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with strong experience preferably in Pharma
- Understand the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements and risk management
- Demonstrated extensive experience of aligning senior stakeholders and facilitating conflict resolution
- Regional and Local operating experience
- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership & ability to drive transformation
- Experience of people and line management
- Experience of working across cultures and multiple time zones
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
