About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The CQ International Markets Team Lead is accountable for the flawless execution of CQ services including policy consultation and program design
  • Lead strategic commercial quality initiatives in support of the CQ strategy
  • Empower, inspire and lead a team of CQ Leads and contractors to deliver CQ services
  • Drive risk-based resource allocation
  • Ensure CQ colleagues and contractors have the required skills and resources to effectively execute their responsibilities
  • Drive implementation of CQ policies, procedures and initiatives across the International Markets
  • Provide design guidance for commercial programs to optimize the risk and benefit balance
  • Act as single point of escalation and a subject-matter expert for CQ Leads
  • Ensure quality thresholds are met and continuously provide feedback on training assets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with strong experience preferably in Pharma
  • Understand the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements and risk management
  • Demonstrated extensive experience of aligning senior stakeholders and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Regional and Local operating experience
  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership & ability to drive transformation
  • Experience of people and line management
  • Experience of working across cultures and multiple time zones
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
