About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive GWE R&D Compliance Program and Systems across Global sites
  • Oversee and assure overall adherence to the Compliance Program for GWE R&D
  • Support GWE R&D by driving strategy, compliance requirements, control, quality, and continuous improvements
  • Lead design, deployment, training, and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies for GWE R&D
  • Manage compliance functions in support of regulatory regulations
  • Collaborate with GWE colleagues, contractors, R&D business units and vendor resources for regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and drive completion of quality review corrective actions
  • Conduct management system audits and develop documentation compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Master's Degree in relevant discipline preferred
  • 15 year’s experience in facility management, engineering, or compliance related to pharmaceutical business preferred
  • First class interpersonal skills required to develop effective relationships at all levels throughout the business
  • Proven financial management and analytical skills
  • Ability to create and implement strategy
  • Ability to demonstrate professional career and subject matter expertise within Facility Management and Quality Management Systems
  • Detailed understanding of Facilities Management marketplace
  • Proven financial management experience
