About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving the development of patient services strategy and programmatic design for Pfizer’s Primary Care products
  • Deliver program elements across the patient journey including strategy, design, and performance management
  • Facilitate interactions between Patient Services teams and Business Unit partners
  • Track brand needs, economics, strategies, and timelines while staying abreast of therapeutic area trends
  • Support identification, evaluation, and management of cost-effective vendor solutions
  • Manage and optimize PPS spend at the BU-level
  • Proactively establish strong internal and external relationships
  • Ensure program operating procedures are in alignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
  • 6+ years’ experience in Strategy / Management Consulting, or related area required
  • Experience supporting Primary Care brands preferred, but not required
  • Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset
  • Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in portfolio strategy, with a proven ability to identify opportunities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues
