About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving the development of patient services strategy and programmatic design for Pfizer’s Primary Care products
- Deliver program elements across the patient journey including strategy, design, and performance management
- Facilitate interactions between Patient Services teams and Business Unit partners
- Track brand needs, economics, strategies, and timelines while staying abreast of therapeutic area trends
- Support identification, evaluation, and management of cost-effective vendor solutions
- Manage and optimize PPS spend at the BU-level
- Proactively establish strong internal and external relationships
- Ensure program operating procedures are in alignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
- 6+ years’ experience in Strategy / Management Consulting, or related area required
- Experience supporting Primary Care brands preferred, but not required
- Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset
- Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in portfolio strategy, with a proven ability to identify opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues
