About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead PMO efforts across workstreams to ensure pilot readiness milestones are tracked and achieved while aligning cross-functional and brand teams on near-term execution and long-term readiness.
- Drive marketing and awareness execution by bringing GTM initiatives to life in the market, from patient activation to HCP engagement, in close partnership with brand and portfolio marketing teams.
- Support pilot and channel model execution by coordinating vendors and partners, resolving day-to-day challenges, and helping stand up and operate new initiatives effectively.
- Lead market research initiatives in support of gaining additional insights around new channels or customer perspectives.
- Build the operational foundation for future channels by developing playbooks, processes, and cross-functional best practices that enable scalable growth and execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience
- Strong project / program management and operational track record standing up complex, multi-workstream efforts
- Familiarity with US marketing landscape including HCP, pharmacy, IDN and payer engagement
- Be an active contributor to create and operate in an environment that continuously embraces and encourages the implementation of bold, innovative ideas
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrated through impact in prior roles
- Act as a role model for Pfizer values.
- Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience (Nice to have)
- Marketing experience preferred
- Clear communicator with a demonstrated record of cross-functional leadership and influence without authority
- Thrives in white space and a fast-paced environment.
