About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze consumer, retail, and market research datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Calculate and interpret key business metrics such as market share, household penetration, brand awareness, and purchasing behavior.
- Maintain and update recurring reports, trackers, and data tables.
- Create charts, summaries, and presentations that communicate findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Review data outputs and validate calculations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify meaningful insights and translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in English-speaking environments.
- Support client-facing and internal initiatives by delivering high-quality analysis and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- +1 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Reporting, Data Analysis, or similar analytical roles.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested IF statements, and large dataset manipulation.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends and extract meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain findings clearly to stakeholders from different business areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Finance, or related fields.
