About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient behavioral health services including screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual therapy
- Manage an independent outpatient caseload while collaborating with primary care providers and interdisciplinary support staff
- Deliver evidence-based counseling services focused on improving patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing established electronic medical record systems

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Ability to independently provide outpatient behavioral health services
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within an integrated healthcare team
- Newly licensed and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
