Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement
- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with financial data interpretation skills
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management
- Demonstrating knowledge of insurance and payer relations
- Excelling in patient communication and customer service
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Developing training resources and conducting training sessions
- Utilizing data analytics for revenue cycle insights
- Complying with HIPAA regulations and standards
- Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory
