About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications
- Support upgrade and patch cycles
- Provide mentorship to associates and collaborate with application teams
- Develop and maintain user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and workflow documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows
- Familiarity with SQL
- Experience in managing break/fix resolution and system maintenance for Clinical Applications
- Oncology (Varian ARIA) or dialysis experience preferred
- Ability to manage moderately complex service requests and collaborate across teams
