Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Assets Developer Professional, Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), or Project Management certification (PMP)
  • Leading AEM workstream delivery and quality control
  • Designing practical standards for components and workflows
  • Managing dependencies, challenges, and timely resolutions
  • Coaching and developing junior practitioners
  • Contributing to practice assets and reusable delivery patterns
  • Supporting testing and release readiness activities
  • Working with client product owners, architects, and designers to translate objectives into solution designs and delivery increments
