About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing a variety of projects, including compilations, review engagements, and tax compliance engagements
  • Working collaboratively with the team to bring unique insights to clients in tax planning and compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience working in a professional accounting firm
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Canadian corporate and personal income taxes
  • Canadian CPA designation or equivalent
  • Understanding of ASPE accounting standards
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CCH Ifirm
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and project/people management skills
  • Strong analytical capability and sound business sense
  • Demonstrates integrity and has behaviors that build trust
  • Ability to effectively develop, coach and mentor team members
  • Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people
