About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Automation of business processes leveraging various IDP tools (mostly Hypatos)
Usage of other types of code within automations (JSONata, SQL, etc.)
Crafting advanced prompts to optimize Intelligent Document Processing workflows and improve automation outcomes
Handling, processing and analyzing large datasets ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
Infrastructure set up for automation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with at least one major IDP tool (preferably Hypatos)
Good knowledge of one of a major RPA Platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate)
Basic experience with programming languages
Understanding of AI/ML concepts with a strong grasp of prompting (preferably with GPT)
Previous experience with OCR or document understanding technologies
Experience with using and integrating APIs
Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues
Business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines
Proper communication and escalation skills
Good command of the English, German and Polish languages
Enthusiastic and have proactive attitude.
Nice to have: Experience with JSONata, Python, JavaScript or other programming languages
Experience with SQL databases
Experience with ERP systems like SAP
Understanding of Transactional business processes (AP, AR, Order Management, etc.)
Good command of German.
