About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handling administrative coordination for HCP engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support, HCP tiering, and Conflict of Interest documentation completeness checks
  • Working with internal teams to confirm timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of HCPs, escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement
  • Supporting client onboarding processes within the healthcare sector
  • Handling confidential information with care and professionalism
  • Engaging in active listening to understand client needs
  • Demonstrating intellectual curiosity to enhance understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
  • Participating in client support activities to address and resolve inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year(s) of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
  • Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/ HCP engagement systems
  • Understanding of fair market value tiering, COI management, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening processes
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
