Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a High School Diploma
At least 6 years of experience
Juris Doctorate degree preferred
Understanding of managed services offerings and related contract terms and conditions
Experience with finance managed services - payroll, accounting, reporting, treasury
Experience with technology managed services - IT infrastructure, cloud, data analytics
Experience with cyber managed services
Experience with risk & regulatory managed services - regulatory compliance and enterprise risk programs
Must have the ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts
Must be able to educate stakeholders and clients on contract provisions
