Requirements
What you’ll need- 7-10 years' experience in financial services and/or consulting focused on Retail and Commercial Banking
- Deep knowledge of Financial Services domain with focus on Payments, Banking Operations, and/or Retail and Commercial Lending
- Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Hands-on experience with retail and commercial card programs, global transaction banking, and/or cash management products
- Familiarity with Canadian payments landscape and upcoming changes as part of Payments Modernization roadmap
- Experience in complex transformational and/or modernization programs built around technology solutions for financial services
