  • Lead learning experience (LX) design to ensure journeys are coherent, intuitive, and focused on application and impact — not just awareness.

  • Own governance rhythms for assigned learning workstreams, including working groups, reporting, risk/issue tracking and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner with Risk & Responsible AI, Firmwide Technology and LLTD teams to ensure content reflects current tools, policies and risk expectations.
  • Define and track meaningful learning success measures (participation, feedback, application) and drive continuous improvement through iteration and evidence‑based insights.

  • Strong collaboration skills, able to build trusted relationships across Learning, Risk, Technology and Line of Service stakeholders to deliver outcomes together.

  • Clear communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, learner‑centric experiences.
  • Strong delivery orientation with attention to detail, structure and quality.
  • A data‑informed mindset, using insights and measurement to continuously lift learning impact.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies (deep technical expertise not required).
