About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access controls to maintain secure system access for employees and clients
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and other cloud-based IAM solutions to enhance security measures
- Developing and maintaining authorization management systems to support compliance requirements
- Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose proactive solutions
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for improving security protocols
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members in cybersecurity practices and methodologies
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their security needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm policies and independence requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex identity management challenges
- Excelling in interpreting data to inform cybersecurity strategies
- Developing a deeper understanding of IT governance and risk management
- Embracing change and learning agility in dynamic cybersecurity environments
