Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
Excelling in client-focused relationship building and management
Navigating complex situations with critical thinking and problem-solving
Utilizing coding standards and code review for software engineering
Design and build full-stack features end-to-end — React/TypeScript front-ends and Python/FastAPI back-ends for GenAI agent products
Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI to automate managed-services business processes
Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Developing proficiency in React Native and scripting languages
Leveraging tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions
