Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full time graduation or the equivalent degree
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in workflow coordination, project coordination, operations support, creative services coordination, resource planning, or request management.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Good working knowledge of SNow or similar request management / workflow management tools.
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to review project requests and understand service requirements.
  • Ability to assess request timelines based on predefined benchmark timings.
  • Understanding of creative service categories such as Design, Digital, and Video & Animation will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage common mailboxes and maintain timely communication.
  • Good understanding of workflow coordination, capacity checking, and resource allocation processes.
