About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key escalation point and subject matter expert for regulatory and mandatory training matters
- Act as the primary escalation handler for training breaches, exceptions, and anomalies
- Maintain expert knowledge of ARQ requirements and XLoS mandatory training programmes
- Partner with Course Managers to drive improvements in tutor sourcing, accreditation, and engagement
