About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • lead and evolve the firm's social media presence and internal influencer strategy
  • shape social media strategy and manage social operations
  • develop and deliver the firm's social media and influencer marketing strategy
  • manage and coach a Social Media Senior Associate
  • lead the internal influencer programme, identifying and nurturing thought leaders across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • extensive experience leading social media strategies for a large organisation or recognised brand
  • successfully built or managed influencer, thought leadership or employee advocacy programmes
  • comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships across multiple teams
  • balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational leadership
  • experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
  • passionate about social media innovation, audience engagement and keeping pace with emerging platform trends
