About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead and evolve the firm's social media presence and internal influencer strategy
- shape social media strategy and manage social operations
- develop and deliver the firm's social media and influencer marketing strategy
- manage and coach a Social Media Senior Associate
- lead the internal influencer programme, identifying and nurturing thought leaders across the business
- partner with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to support key campaigns and activations
- analyse performance data and campaign metrics to optimise content, engagement and investment
- oversee social media operations, including inbound requests, workload prioritisation, governance and best practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- extensive experience leading social media strategies for a large organisation or recognised brand
- successfully built or managed influencer, thought leadership or employee advocacy programmes
- comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships across multiple teams
- balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational leadership
- experience managing people and developing high-performing teams
- passionate about social media innovation, audience engagement and keeping pace with emerging platform trends
